Swedish Massage - A light-to-medium pressured full-body relaxation massage. Just need to relax or pamper yourself? This is the massage for you. Give yourself a break and take some time out of your busy schedule to receive a physical and mental wellness experience. Bring relaxation to another level. You deserve it.
Deep Tissue Massage - A medium-to-deep pressured therapeutic massage. Spend most of your day sitting in front of a computer? Are your shoulders and neck constantly tight, achy or even painful? Relieve some of that tension with this specialized massage focused on releasing adhesions (i.e. knots), trigger points and tender points around your back and into your neck. However, this massage can still be a full-body and relaxing massage, or it can be focused entirely on your areas of concern.
Prenatal Massage - Pregnancy pays a serious toll on your body. Taking care of yourself is important before the big day and helps in relieving those many aches and pains you may be experiencing everywhere, specifically your low back, hips, legs and shoulders. Recommended to receive this type of massage in your 2nd or 3rd trimester.
Sports Massage - If you live an active lifestyle and you feel like it's paying a toll on your body, this massage is recommended for those achy joints, legs, and back. Running and cycling can be hard on your knees and ankles. Weight training and other cardio can make your whole body feel sore. Make sure to take care of your body right! There is generally more stretching and compressions in this massage compared to deep tissue. However, if you're a truly serious athlete, I would recommend trying the Thai Yoga Massage for deeper stretches and increased range of motion.
Hot Stone Massage - Warm stones are gently glided over the body in combination with hands on Swedish/deep tissue massage. The hot stones warm the muscles and promote a greater sense of relaxation. Feels especially great in the winter time (but still great to receive in the summer too).
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage - This massage differs from Swedish and Deep Tissue because it is performed on a traditional Thai yoga mat on the floor, you will be fully clothed, and no lotion or oils will be used. Thai massage includes stretching, acupressure, deep breathing, and rhythmic compressions along Sen energy lines. Also known as the 'Lazy Man's Yoga,' because those stretches are guided by the practitioner, allowing you to get deeper into the stretch than you would on your own and increase your range of motion. This is still a relaxing massage that can improve both your mental and physical wellbeing. Please wear loose comfortable clothing that will allow your body to stretch, such as workout or yoga clothes (preferable long-sleeved so there is less pulling of skin).
Lomi Lomi Massage - A Hawaiian styled massage that works the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes as though gentle waves are moving over your body. A deep sense of balance and harmony is achieved as you experience a complete relaxation of body and mind.
Blended Hot Stone/Lomi Massage - An experience like no other. A combination of the two modalities. Only available for 90 minute sessions.
Wonderful Wellness Experience - A luxurious combination of Swedish and Deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, an exfoliating back scrub, a shea butter foot rub, and stimulating argan oil scalp treatment. Arnica Oil Sore Muscle Treatment - $15. Great for sore, tight, painful, stiff muscles.
Moisturizing Shea Butter Application - $15 - Helpful for dry skin.
Revitalizing Argan Oil Scalp Treatment - $15. Warmed argan oil infused with Vitamin C-rich ayurvedic herbs is massaged onto the scalp to nourish hair.
Shea Butter Foot Rub - $10. Moisturizing shea butter applied and massaged into the feet, followed by heat application.
Craniosacral Therapy - $10 (or as an added 15 min - $30). Relaxing, energetic modality to increase sense of wellbieng.
Aromatherapy - $10. A custom blend of essential oils infused into the massage oil to promote greater relaxation.
