“ Hi Alice,

Thanks for checking in! I've actually been doing very well since my session. I have only had one cigarette since that Saturday morning (Wednesday of this week is when I cheated) and I didn't really need it. I feel fairly calm and strong; and I did not use anything additional for support (the patch/gum). I am eating a bit more candy than normal, but that's just an excuse to eat candy I think :) You really helped me to realize how strong I really am, and that I really CAN do this on my own. I have had a few cravings, but very manageable. I think the one cigarette I had on Wednesday was more of a test for myself than anything. And I felt just fine afterwards; and the next day I did not really want or need to jump right back in to smoking regularly. So I would say our session was extremely successful and at this point I think I will try and continue down this path on my own. However, I may need to make a visit down the road, who knows? Maybe our talk was all I really needed. Time will tell I guess. I appreciate everything you've done for me and am SO thankful I took the chance on you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
